How the Record of Nephi came forth
Joseph Smith was the human instrument used by God to translate this book. God chose 11 witnesses to establish his word. By the end of 1829, Joseph had faithfully finished translating this work. God called Joseph Smith to only translate, nothing else. God has called Peter Rutaremwa to declare the writings that were translated by Joseph Smith. I am the spokesman of Joseph Smith spoken of in 2 Nephi Chapter 3

A vision given to Austrians
Joseph of Egypt prophesied of Joseph Smith and Peter Rutaremwa
There is a prophecy in 2 Nephi Chapter 3, in which Joseph who was sold into Egypt states that the Lord will raise up a “choice seer” (Joseph Smith) and make for him a “spokesman” to declare his writings. This spokesman is Peter Rutaremwa. My calling to this holy work began by an angelic visitation in January 2008. In 2014, God led me to the 1830 first ever published original copy of these scriptures and from this time began preparing me for the mission of declaring these writings to the world. God has this 7th of November 2026 commanded me to release the Record of Nephi to the world.
